How do I make a reservation?

Once you have contacted us to reserve "your" vacation villa, we will send you a booking form immediately (via e-mail, fax or by "old fashioned mail") . We will then hold the villa in your name for 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form and deposit in the amount of $320 US Dollars or £200 GB Pounds Sterling. Once a deposit is received your booking is reserved & you have agreed to our terms & conditions.
We also require a refundable security deposit in the amount of $300 US Dollars or £180 GB Pounds Sterling
No further money is required from you until ten weeks prior to your vacation. You may pay by check or through the PayPal system with your credit card or a PayPal cash account.
Please note that the booking deposit can only be paid with a check or PayPal cash account (Credit cards not accepted for refundable security deposit).

Pool heating, if desired (recommended October through April) is payable at the rate of $23 US Dollars or £15 GB Pounds Sterling per day.
