Tranquility Villa and Annie's Retreat are both situated in "Orange Tree"; a beautiful new community set amongst orange groves, eight and a half miles from the main gates of Disney World, Orlando.

Our wonderful, private in-ground pools are larger than average. Tranquility's Pool is 30 X 12 feet and  Annie's Retreat's Pool is 30 X 14 feet of pure luxury. Annie's Retreat also has an extended pool deck that accomodates sun worshippers and additional Al Fresco dining for both adults and children. Both pool areas and lanai's (covered patio) are the perfect setting for relaxing, lounging or for dining Al Fresco. Optional pool heating is available upon request.

For peace of mind, both homes are equipped with child safety devices to prevent children from entering the pool alone. Should you wish to enjoy a quick dip in the pool, you only need to step through the Main Living area's door or through either Master bedroom's private entrance that opens out onto the pool area.

For your comfort this is a non-smoking home, but for those who do smoke, a smoking urn is provided for your use outside on the pool deck.

Orange Tree is a development consisting of a mix of permanent residential and holiday homes, children's playground, tennis court & basketball courts, baseball & a soccer pitch.

Our homes are Located in one of Orlando's newest premier areas, with shops, supermarkets, dentist and local attractions just a few minutes drive away. Nearby you will also find cycling and nature trails, several championship golf courses and a brand new Super Walmart Center only 1 mile away.

On site amenities include: 2 Tot Lots- (Children's Playgrounds/Play areas), a 5 acre park with a Tennis Court and Basketball Court. There is even a soccer pitch & baseball area.

There is even seasonal orange picking from Orange Trees' beautiful, fragrant orange trees.
